# Privacy Policy

## What we do

HostedClaws provides hosted AI assistants that run in private, isolated containers. Each assistant is dedicated to a single user and operates independently.

## Data we collect

- **Account information** — your email address and Stripe payment details (processed by Stripe, not stored by us).
- **Telegram bot token** — used to connect your AI assistant to your Telegram bot.
- **Telegram user ID** — used to restrict your bot to only respond to you.

## Google user data

If you choose to connect your Google account, we request access to:

- **Gmail (read-only)** — allows your AI assistant to read your emails so it can summarize your inbox, flag urgent messages, and draft replies for your review.
- **Google Calendar (read-only)** — allows your AI assistant to view your calendar so it can prepare daily briefings and meeting summaries.

Your Google OAuth tokens are stored exclusively inside your private container on our infrastructure. They are never stored in our database, never shared with third parties, and never used for any purpose other than enabling your AI assistant to access your Google account on your behalf.

We do not read, analyze, or retain any of your email content or calendar data at the platform level. All data processing happens within your isolated container.

## Your assistant’s data

All conversations, files, and data within your AI assistant are stored in your private container. This data is isolated from all other users and from our own systems. We cannot access the contents of your container during normal operations.

## AI processing

Your assistant uses AI models (such as Claude by Anthropic) via OpenRouter. Messages you send to your assistant are processed by these AI providers to generate responses. We do not control how these providers handle data — please refer to their respective privacy policies.

## Data retention and deletion

When you cancel your subscription, your container is stopped and your data is archived. All archived data is permanently deleted within 30 days of cancellation. You can request immediate deletion by contacting us.

## Revoking Google access

You can revoke HostedClaws’ access to your Google account at any time by visiting [Google Account Permissions](https://myaccount.google.com/permissions). Your AI assistant will no longer be able to access your Gmail or Calendar after revocation.
