1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using HostedClaws (“the Service”), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you should not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

HostedClaws provides managed AI assistant infrastructure. We provision and manage private containers that run AI assistants connected to your Telegram account. The Service includes hosting, maintenance, and AI model access via OpenRouter.

3. User Obligations

  • You must provide accurate account information
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
  • You must not use the Service for illegal purposes
  • You must not attempt to access other users’ containers or data
  • You must comply with Telegram’s and OpenRouter’s terms of service
  • You must not use the Service to send spam, harassment, or unsolicited messages

4. Payment Terms

Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. AI credits are billed separately as one-time purchases. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice to existing customers.

5. Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. See our Refund Policy for full details on refunds.

6. Data and Privacy

Your data is stored in isolated containers and is not accessible to other users or our team during normal operations. Upon cancellation, data is deleted within 30 days. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

7. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of all content you create through the Service, including messages, files, and any outputs generated by your AI assistant. HostedClaws retains ownership of the Service itself, including all software, branding, and documentation.

8. Service Availability

While we strive for high uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance when possible. We are not liable for temporary service interruptions.

9. Limitation of Liability

HostedClaws is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in abusive behavior, or generate excessive resource usage beyond plan limits. You will be notified via email before termination except in cases of illegal activity or imminent harm.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be announced via email at least 30 days in advance.
